Short Video and Rainy Day Short Workout.

1.Pulley under feet and behind back go down to shoulders and push back up..or use weights.
Bicep Curl you weakling!
Forearm work out...extend like a hitler youth but salute to the pull up gods.
Start at waist and extend to this point.
Rainy Day Short Opposition and core workout..
So...Here's how I sorta look at it. People always are worried about injury, and the best way to train.
The mind is the best thing to train. Always keep your fitness in mind. There are ways to pin point exactly what you need.

What you'll need for this short workout...You can do it daily to increase fitness, or rather do it on a rainy day.

You'll need some plastic pulleys or even 10-20 lbs weight to either mimik dumb bells or manifest.

So check it..
Sorta like Boot Camp Routine back in 08.

3 sets of 25 for all the pictures.
You can try to do the last lateral ones all in one go to get fully pumped.
Now that you look like a steroided out body builder....Get on your ass with either a partner standing on your feet.. or feet somehow secured.
Do as many sit ups as you can in 2 minutes.
Aim for 60 plus.
Then sit your ass back down....
and sit in about a 45 degree angle with your back as the angle and the floor as the base.
Twist your body back and forth side to side with your arms either crossed at chest or hands on ears.
Feel the Pain....
Do as many as you can in 2 minutes...Aim for 60....
